Hydrangea macrophylla ’Generale Vicomtesse de Vibraye’ has long been a favorite throughout Europe and Great Britain for its reliable ability to bloom after the hardest winters. Bred in 1909 it is still a prime contender. Its soft blue mophead flowers age to a sea green with deep rosy tones. Great for fresh and dried cut flowers. 7’ x 7’. Zones 6 - 9.
