Serissa japonica (nee foetida) ’Georgia Hardy is a small, rounded, evergreen shrub with white flowers in spring and sporadically thereafter through the summer. Easily used as a low hedging plant reaching a height of 4 feet. It does fine in sun or partial shade but not in constantly wet sites. Makes a great container plant where its strengths can be viewed closely. This is the hardy clone from campus of the University of Georgia. Shown in the photo at the bottom. Zones 7 - 9.
